HealthCARE Express is looking for a reliable, energetic, and outgoing individual to join our Director of First Impressions (D.O.F.I.) team!

Pay: $15.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM

As the face of our clinic, our D.O.F.I. team plays an important role in creating a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors. We're looking for someone who is friendly, professional, organized, and ready to jump in wherever needed.

What You'll Do

• Greet patients and verify information in our computer system


• Answer phone calls promptly and courteously


• Assist patients with questions and address concerns professionally


• Verify insurance and maintain accurate patient account information


• Perform cashiering duties, post charges, and provide receipts


• Scan patient documents and reports into the system


• Monitor and replenish clinic forms and front desk supplies


• Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information and follow HIPAA requirements


• Work professionally with patients, providers, and fellow team members


• Cross-train and assist in other areas as needed


• Take initiative and identify opportunities to help the clinic and team succeed


• Support HealthCARE Express' mission, vision, and values in everything you do

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people and can stay organized in a busy environment. Strong communication, customer service, and basic computer skills are important for this role.

Experience in a medical or clinical setting and knowledge of HIPAA are helpful, but we're also looking for someone with a great attitude, a willingness to learn, and a team-first mindset.
