Front Desk

We are seeking a friendly and professional individual to join our team as a Front Desk associate at Candlewood Suites - Shelbyville. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and providing excellent customer service to enhance their stay.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures


• Manage reservations and respond to guest inquiries both in person and over the phone


• Maintain accurate records of guest information and payments


• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready and guest needs are met


• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction


• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining the front desk area

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment


• Professional appearance and demeanor


• Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation software is a plus
