Job Description - Front Desk Admin Assistant
Priority Personnel is hiring a Front Desk Admin Assistant for a realtor company located in New Braunfels, TX.
Pay rate: $15-17/hour
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri/8:30am-5:00pm with 30 min lunch
Job Duties:
Handle multiple lines on a Voice-over-IP (VoIP) phone system efficiently.
Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate staff members.
Take and relay messages accurately.
Greet and assist all visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Direct lobby traffic and ensure visitors sign in and are directed to the correct department or individual.
Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby environment.
Oversee the REALTOR supply store, including ordering, inventory, stocking, and selling products.
Keep accurate records of inventory levels and manage reordering processes.
Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.
Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook to manage and track REALTOR license expiration dates.
Notify members of upcoming license expirations and renewal requirements.
Update the AMS system with renewal dates and ensure all records are current.
Assist with odd tasks and special projects as directed by management.
Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
Proven experience in a front office or administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Familiarity with VoIP phone systems.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Friendly, personable, and professional demeanor.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Business Casual Dress Code - Occasional lifting and moving of supplies and inventory items.
