Serving as the primary point of contact, you will oversee front desk operations, manage various administrative tasks, and provide support to the HR department. Qualifications & Skills
Minimum two years of experience as a front desk receptionist or administrative assistant.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word).
Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with professional phone etiquette.
Outstanding interpersonal skills, effectively interacting with internal and external business partners and staff at all levels.
Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects to successful completion with minimal supervision.
Responds promptly to shifts in direction, priorities, and schedules.
Uses sound judgment and problem resolution skills, often making decisions in the supervisor's absence.
Flexible and willing to take direction and feedback.
Service-oriented to both external customers and internal customers (staff).
Responsibilities & Duties
Provide "white glove" service to Ore Designs guests and employees.
Plan and be a key member of the committee for exciting, fun, and engaging staff events that boost employee morale and bonding.
Respond promptly to telephone and electronic communications with professionalism.
Perform scheduling tasks, including calendar coordination, conference room reservations, and catering selection.
Prepare correspondence, presentations, email communications, and spreadsheets.
Assist HR Department in maintaining the HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
Reconcile invoices for the HR Department.
Perform word processing, photocopying, data entry, and other administrative duties as assigned.
Ensure the reception area, offices and break room are tidy and presentable with necessary materials.
This role requires adaptability and a willingness to contribute to various team efforts, as responsibilities may be adjusted as needed.
Pay & Schedule
Mondays through Fridays, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.
Hours may vary slightly depending on business needs and demands
$18-24 per hour, depending on experience and skill set.
