SHIFT 07:00 - 15:30

LOCATION : ST, JOLIET, IL, 60435

PAY RATE:$10-$12 PER HOUR

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced front desk staff member to provide full-time administrative and reception support,
5 days/week.
Check patients in and out, verify insurance, collect copayments.
Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars.
Answer phones and route calls/messages appropriately.
Maintain and update patient records in the EMR.
Handle prior authorizations and referrals as needed.
Support clinical staff with clerical and operational tasks.
1+ year of medical front office experience.
Familiarity with EMR systems and insurance processes. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently. 13 weeks traveler.

Qualifications

Two or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred

Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Familiar with computers and scheduling software

Excellent multi-tasking skills

Compensation: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
