You are the vital link that keeps an office running smoothly, using your exceptional phone skills, active listening skills , meticulous file management, and sharp attention to detail.

Robson Forensic, a longstanding national forensic expert firm with an excellent reputation in the legal and scientific community, is seeking a Front Desk Administrator like you who takes pride in their work and is ready to bring their professionalism and communication skills to an appreciative team.

This position is full-time and necessary to be in the office (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm) at our Lancaster, PA corporate headquarters. Not eligible for remote or hybrid working.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • You will answer the phone, directing callers to appropriate personnel.
  • You will answer questions about the organization and provide callers with address, directions, and other information.
  • You will maintain a high degree of professionalism when dealing w/ difficult/upset callers.
  • You will receive and file case materials in a fast-paced ticketing queue while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
  • You will welcome on-site visitors, determine the nature of business, and announce visitors to appropriate personnel.
  • You will perform other light clerical duties as needed, such as sorting/distributing mail, filing, photocopying, preparing shipments, and collating.
  • You will work on special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Education: HS diploma; college degree is preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of front desk experience; law office experience is a plus.
  • Computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Office skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational, and file management skills.
  • Communication skills: Excellent phone and active listening skills.
  • Work Style: Able to handle confidential subject matter, working independently and as part of a collaborative team.

You must have a clean background screen, a driver's license, and the ability to drive.
