Your Responsibilities and Duties:
Client Communication
- Ensure seamless communication with clients regarding scheduling options, clinician details, services, and insurance-related queries.
- Promptly respond to referral outreach from partners like One Medical, Women’s Comp Health, and more.
- Uphold our commitment to timely communication by addressing emails, voicemails, and faxes within 24 hours.
Client Placement
- Match clients with suitable clinicians based on insurance, areas of interest, and availability.
- Document matches and placements in the intakes log.
- Facilitate the onboarding process by inputting client demographics, insurance information, and sending out necessary paperwork and welcome emails.
Waitlist Management
- Oversee Clinicians Availability Log and Master Log for Intakes to optimize scheduling efficiency.
- Collaborate with CPCCs to identify intake availability, utilizing clinician schedules to spot openings.
- Manage the testing waitlist, maintaining accurate records of demographics, insurance, testing preferences, and availability.
- Guide clients through insurance submission, authorization, and billing processes, in close cooperation with the billing department.
Testing
- Responsively address inquiries from new testing clients within 24 business hours.
- Provide comprehensive information about testing services, scheduling options, and insurance-related questions.
- Maintain efficient communication with testing referral partners.
- Manage the testing placement tracker log and coordinate appointments with testing patients.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. B.A in Psychology, Social Work, or any field related to the mental health/social work field given strong preference.
- Experience: You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in EHR systems, provider/clinician support, and medical scheduling.
