If so, Age Management & Aesthetics by HealthCARE Express is looking for an energetic, dependable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Director of First Impressions (D.O.F.I.).

As the first face patients see and the first voice they hear, you'll play a key role in creating an exceptional experience for every person who visits our clinic. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

In this role, you will greet patients, verify information in the computer system, answer incoming calls, assist with patient questions, verify insurance, scan patient documents, process payments, post charges, and print receipts. You will also help ensure clinic forms remain stocked and available while supporting the team through cross-training opportunities and other duties as needed. Flexibility, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are essential.

We're looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, professional, organized, and dependable


• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems


• Experienced in customer service, hospitality, retail, salon/spa, medical office, or clinical office environments


• Able to communicate effectively while maintaining confidentiality
