We are seeking hospitality-focused individuals to join our team as Front Desk Agents. This role offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional service while contributing to the smooth operations of our property. The schedule will include a blend of shifts—day, evening, and overnight—providing flexibility and variety in your work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Experience Excellence: Provide outstanding service with a strong knowledge of the property, its amenities, and local attractions. Continuously strive to exceed guest expectations.
• Shift Variety: Handle front desk responsibilities across different shifts, including guest services, reservations, and administrative tasks, ensuring seamless transitions throughout the day and night.
• Warm Hospitality: Welcome guests with professionalism and a focus on creating memorable experiences.
• Communication: Maintain constant, clear communication with guests, teammates, and management.
• Organization & Cleanliness: Keep guest-facing and back-of-house areas clean, organized, and inviting.
• Administrative Accuracy: Handle reservations, financial transactions, and property management system tasks.
• Support Across Shifts: Collaborate with colleagues to provide coverage as needed, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
• Team Participation: Engage in team meetings and training sessions, contributing to continuous improvement.
