Front Desk Agent

Description of the Role

We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team at Ramada Plaza Nags Head Oceanfront in Kill Devil Hills, NC. The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out procedures


• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel and local area


• Answer phone calls and manage reservations


• Process payments and maintain guest accounts


• Resolve guest issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously


• Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel reservation systems


• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
