If you’ve got a bright personality, a sharp eye for details, and you can turn check-in into “wow, this place is awesome,” we want to meet you. By the Sea Resorts is hiring Front Desk Agents for our 3pm–11pm shift—aka the shift where sunsets happen, arrivals roll in, and you set the tone for the whole stay.

What you’ll do

You’re the first hello, the helpful guide, and the calm-in-the-storm problem solver. You’ll:

  Welcome guests with warmth and confidence (vacation starts with you)

  
  


• 
  

  Handle check-ins/check-outs smoothly and accurately

  
  


• 
  

  Answer questions, give local recommendations, and help guests feel taken care of

  
  


• 
  

  Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests with attention to detail

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance to keep everything running like a dream

  
  

You’re a great fit if you…
