Think Tell Junction We are seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Agent to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and welcoming check-in and check-out experience. This role is crucial in maintaining the positive reputation of our establishment by attentively addressing guest needs, handling inquiries, and managing reservations efficiently.  

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide prompt check-in and check-out services.


• Manage reservations and cancellations accurately using the property management system.


• Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a courteous and professional manner.


• Address guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction.


• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to fulfill guest requests and maintain room readiness.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.


• Proficiency with property management systems and basic computer applications.


• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
