Front Desk Agent

We are looking to add an upbeat, enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to work the 3pm - 11pm shift and to provide great service and memorable experience to our guests.

Responsibilities

The Hotel Front desk Agent will primarily handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and in a friendly and professional manner. They will also:

• Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities


• Assist guests and resolve guest challenges to ensure 100% guest satisfaction


• Accurately conduct all cash handling and credit card processing activities


• Accurately, audit, balance and report on all cash and credit transactions including checks, deposits, house charges, promotional materials, postings etc. in the hotel in accordance with established policies and procedures


• Perform any other job related duties as assigned

Desirable Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role


• Experience with hotel reservations software


• Customer service experience


• Excellent communication and organizational skills
