Front Desk Agent

We are currently seeking seasonal Front Desk Agents to join us for our upcoming summer season from May though October, 2026.   

The Front Desk Agent greets and checks in all guests upon their arrival and provides a smooth experience at checkout. The Agent offers assistance to guests during their stay by answering questions, resolving issues, and dispatching housekeeping or maintenance to respond to guest requests. 

Key responsibilities of this role include: Understanding the need for proper etiquette and service standards, ability to use or learn to use, the following equipment: computer, printer and etc.; telephone switchboard; office equipment such as fax machine, copy machine, postage meter etc. Ability to use MS Office applications including Word and Excel. Prior hotel front desk experience or similar guest service experince preferred. Must be able to take direction and work in a team environment, attention to detail, efficient, and able to perform multiple tasks systematically in a fast-paced environment required. Employees must maintain a clean, well kept, professional appearance. As well, shift work may be long and varied, including evening and weekends, required full-shift walking and standing. Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. frequently.
