Job Description - Front Desk Agent

We are looking to add an upbeat, enthusiastic Front Desk Agents to provide great service and memorable experience to our guests.
Galaxy Lightspeed experince is a must. Availability to work a 3pm - 11pm shift is required.

Responsibilities

Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and in a friendly and professional manner

Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities

Assist guests and resolve guest challenges to ensure 100% guest satisfaction

Accurately conduct all cash handling and credit card processing activities

Accurately, audit, balance and report on all cash and credit transactions including checks, deposits, house charges, promotional materials, postings etc. in the hotel in accordance with established policies and procedures

Perform any other job related duties as assigned

Desirable Qualifications

Prior experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role

Experience with hotel reservations software, like OnQ or Opera

Customer service experience

Excellent communication and organizational skills
