Ocean Place Resort & Spa is looking for an energetic, professional, and hospitality-driven Front Desk Agent to join our Evening (PM) Shift Team (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM). As the face of our resort during one of our busiest times of day, you'll play a key role in creating memorable first impressions, resolving guest needs, and ensuring every stay is exceptional.

Welcome guests with genuine hospitality and provide exceptional service from arrival through departure.
Process guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently.
Answer phone calls and respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
Assist guests with reservations, room changes, and questions about the resort and surrounding attractions.
Resolve guest concerns with professionalism while creating positive guest experiences.
Promote hotel amenities, upgrades, and special offers when appropriate.
Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Complete end-of-shift reports, bucket checks, and required documentation.
Maintain brand standards while delivering personalized service.
Previous hotel front desk experience required.
Strong customer service and hospitality skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Comfortable using computers and hotel management systems.
Ability to multitask while remaining calm under pressure.
Positive attitude with a professional appearance and demeanor.
Reliable, dependable, and committed to providing outstanding guest service.
Available to work 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
Ability to bend, reach, twist, push, pull, and perform general front desk duties.
