Join our team at the Courtyard by Marriott in Tampa.

We are looking for a friendly, dependable Front Desk Agent who enjoys helping people and creating a great guest experience.

What You'll Do

Welcome and assist guests
Complete check-ins and check-outs
Answer phones and assist with reservations
Process payments accurately
Respond to guest questions and requests
Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance
Keep the front desk and lobby professional and welcoming

What We're Looking For

Friendly and professional attitude
Dependable and punctual
Strong customer service skills
Comfortable using computers
Able to multitask in a busy environment
Hotel experience preferred, but we will train the right person

Schedule

Must be available for a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
