BASIC FUNCTION: The Overnight Front Office Agent provides friendly, efficient guest service by handling registration, guest settlement, and incoming and outgoing phone communications in a courteous and professional manner. This role also assists guests with front desk check-in, luggage support, and general information while maintaining a positive and professional image with guests, visitors, and fellow employees.
This is a full-time position / overnight shift
Full and weekend availability required
Payrate: $18 per hour + $1 shift differential
Location: Benchmark Hospitality at Deloitte University
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Greet guests and perform check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accurate guest information, proper payment or credit authorization, fulfillment of special requests, and satisfactory guest experience.
Answer and process all incoming, outgoing, guest, and in-house calls in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and operations to respond effectively to guest questions and requests.
Enter, monitor, and track maintenance service tickets to support timely issue resolution.
Prepare and organize guest name badges for group arrivals.
Assist with front desk operations and guest service needs, including guest check-in support and the collection and distribution of guest luggage.
Run various reports and produce routine critical analytics. Resolve reporting issues.

What are we looking for?
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous guest or customer service experience preferred.
Good computer skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word preferred.
Abilit to work in a fast-paced setting
Valid Texas Driver’s License with good driving record preferred.
