Job Description - Front Desk & Mailroom Coordinator

Our mission is to provide modernized technology platforms, elevated technology support, and valuable insights, empowering our clients to excel in what they do best.


Mailroom Operations

  • Sort, organize, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail by tenant in a timely manner
  • Ensure accurate and secure handling of all mail and packages
  • Maintain mailroom inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Track deliveries and support mailroom-related projects

Front Desk & Customer Service

  • Serve as a point of contact for tenants, employees, and visitors
  • Respond to inquiries and provide timely, professional assistance
  • Deliver a positive customer experience with a client-first approach

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Maintain organized workspace and ensure efficient operations
  • Support additional administrative tasks and special projects as needed
  • Adhere to company policies, confidentiality standards, and security protocols

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, office support, front desk, or mailroom operations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in corporate office, mailroom, or facilities support environments
  • Experience with shipping/logistics or package tracking systems
  • Familiarity with workplace services or outsourced operations environments
