Mailroom Operations
- Sort, organize, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail by tenant in a timely manner
- Ensure accurate and secure handling of all mail and packages
- Maintain mailroom inventory and order supplies as needed
- Track deliveries and support mailroom-related projects
Front Desk & Customer Service
- Serve as a point of contact for tenants, employees, and visitors
- Respond to inquiries and provide timely, professional assistance
- Deliver a positive customer experience with a client-first approach
Administrative & Operational Support
- Maintain organized workspace and ensure efficient operations
- Support additional administrative tasks and special projects as needed
- Adhere to company policies, confidentiality standards, and security protocols
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, office support, front desk, or mailroom operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in corporate office, mailroom, or facilities support environments
- Experience with shipping/logistics or package tracking systems
- Familiarity with workplace services or outsourced operations environments
