Purchase Endodontics in Paducah, Kentucky is a specialty dental practice seeking a skilled, full-time Front Desk Assistant to join our team! This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming experience for our patients while supporting the front office with daily operations. 

The ideal candidate will have experience in a Dental office setting and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments.
• Efficiently check patients in and out. 
• Verify patient information and insurance coverage.
• Collect and process payments.
• Assist with patient paperwork and medical history updates.
• Maintain accurate patient records and files.
• Work closely with the team to provide seamless patient care. 

Requirements

• 1+ years of dental front desk experience is highly preferred. 
• Dental insurance knowledge is a plus. 
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellenct organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
