Front Desk Associate

At Wisconsin Aviation we have customers enjoying our many services such as flight instruction, charter flights, and maintenance. They are all part of in the exciting field of general aviation. Customers have a question, you have an answer! You have the pleasure of face-to-face contact with pilots and passengers. It's an exciting industry with on the job training. We are looking for someone who is a team player. Individuals must be capable to answer telephone and radio systems regularly while providing product and service information. We are 7 day a week operation, so the ability to work a weekend day and holiday shift(s) is required.

         Typical shift for the role that is oepn is 8am-(5)6pm  Sunday - Thursday 

          Watertown Municipal AIrport, Watertown WI (KRYV)

 Minimum Job Requirements:

• Previous Guest Services Experience


• Excellent Communication Skills


• Working experience with face-to-face customers and customer accounts beneficial


• Multi-tasking


• Ability to learn and work with software systems


• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent


• Valid (clean) driver's license


• 18 years of age or older. 


• Ability to work unrestricted in the United States as a citizen or permanent resident.
