Are you a morning person who loves fitness and enjoys creating a positive, welcoming environment? Join our team as a Member Experience Associate for the opening shift (4:45 am start M-F) and be the face of our gym!

What You’ll Do:

Open the facility and ensure everything is ready for members

Greet and check in members with a smile

Provide top-tier customer service and support

Handle phone calls, questions, and member inquiries

Keep the front area clean, organized, and energized

Assist with light administrative tasks and product sales

What We’re Looking For:

Reliable and punctual – showing up early is your thing

Friendly and approachable with great communication skills

Energetic and motivated by a fast-paced environment

Previous customer service experience preferred

Interest in fitness a big plus!
