Do you like to make other people’s day? Have we got a job for you! Cragun's Resort on Gull Lake is looking for fun, personable, and self-driven people to join our Front Desk Team! Our front desk is the first and last impression for our guests, and the team that makes our resort tick. It is where our guests come with their questions and requests. Our guests love how friendly and welcoming our team at the desk is! We have a passion for hospitality and find joy in helping others! We offer great resort benefits and FLEXIBLE scheduling! Must be able to work weekdays and weekends. Specifically looking for 3pm-11pm shifts, part-time and full-time hours available!

Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to):

• Register guests, accommodate special requests whenever possible
• Thoroughly understands and adheres to proper credit, check-cashing, and cash handling policies and procedures
• Understands room status and room status tracking
• Knows room locations, types of rooms available, and room rates
• Presents option and alternatives to guests and offers assistance in making choices
• Maintains guest room key storage
• Ability to process guest check outs

Requirements

•  Job Requirements 
• Must hold a "Guest First" attitude and is ready to help our guests in any moment
• Has ability to multitask in a timely manner
• Must be organized, personable, and enthusiastic
• Must have ability to work a flexible schedule
• Must hold a valid drivers license & be 16yrs of age or older
