A Day in the Life: Front Desk Attendant


How does being the face of a company sound? Making an impact on people’s first impression of Trinity from the minute they walk in our door? If this piques your interest, we would love to talk more about Trinity’s Front Desk Attendant position! We are looking for an upbeat and personable multitasker who loves making a positive impact! This role will place you right at the entrance of Trinity, welcoming and checking in guests to ensure customer service as well as protecting the safety of the building by monitoring that external guests are checked in and out! The ideal candidate for this role will enjoy building relationships quickly as well as assisting our Billing team in receiving, scanning, and assigning original mail for our invoices! This position is key to Trinity’s success in the fact that you are the first impression of Trinity to our new team members as well as anyone visiting or interviewing! The Front Desk Attendant position ensures the overall smooth functioning of appointments and day to day operations as well as keeps our billers moving smoothly! Job Requirements: Is This You?



  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent, required.

  • Must speak, read, write and understand English. Bi-lingual preferred, but not required.

  • Proficiency in all Microsoft office suite programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel.

  • At least 1 year of billing or customer service experience preferred but not required.

  • Well organized and able to work independently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Time management is essential to success in this role.

  • Close attention to detail.

  • Displays original thinking and creativity to overcome obstacles/gaps within the organization. Generates suggestions and ideas for process improvements.

  • A personal commitment to providing the best customer service and a commitment to continuous improvement.
