Front Desk Attendant

National Star Services is a well-established facility management company with 27 years of experience, providing a wide range of services nationwide. We are currently seeking a Front Desk Attendant to join our team at our client’s location in Palatine, IL 60067

Responsibilities include:

• Work at the front desk as the primary point of contact
• Monitor CCTV systems from the front desk area
• Observe surroundings and report any unusual activity or incidents
• Handle incoming and outgoing packages (may include light to moderate lifting)
• Maintain general vigilance to ensure safety and order
• Work closely with team members, security, and management as needed
• Complete daily reports related to packages, activities, and incidents

Working Schedule:

• Saturday - Sunday
• 1st Shift: 8 AM – 8:00 PM

Starting Hourly Pay Rate:

• $16.00 per hour
• (Biweekly pay)

Requirements:

• Bilingual Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Previous experience in front desk, customer service, or similar roles is preferred.
• Friendly and professional communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Reliable transportation to ensure punctuality
• Background check and drug test will be conducted.
• Available to start working as soon as possible.
