This position will require you to develop an understanding of the company's recruiting processes and applicant tracking system for candidate management and other related activities in support of Talent Acquisition.
This position is ideal for applicants who have previous experience in either customer service or sales.
Job Details
Play a critical role in the company’s growth by offering innovative sourcing strategies and driving the candidate pipeline
Manage the full recruitment life-cycle for multiple open positions
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop creative and practical strategies for finding and engaging with the best candidates in the industry.
Source and engage candidates, using strategic, creative, and innovative sourcing approaches leveraging multiple channels
Ensure a great candidate experience for both successful and unsuccessful candidates.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for seeking out quality candidates, confirming their qualifications, and supporting the hiring managers to place candidates in open roles
Support the company recruitment efforts by writing job descriptions, job postings, and advertising positions effectively using job boards, social media, and candidate search efforts.
Maintaining organized and current record-keeping systems for personnel files
Proficiency in Google Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Diligent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a tenacious ability to efficiently complete a heavy workload with minimal supervision
