To be successful in this role requires good solid customer service skills. This role is ideal for somebody who already has strong Customer Service and /or Front of House skills and is looking for a new challenge.
Their duties include greeting visitors, manage the registration process, with courtesy and professionalism. The concierge reports directly to management and collaborates with Security and Valet Service
