Position Overview

HealthyU Clinics is looking for a Clinical Front Office Coordinator to manage front-desk operations and support the daily workflow of our clinics.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment
• Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate provider calendars
• Verify insurance coverage and process patient paperwork efficiently
• Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries in a professional manner
• Assist with patient referrals and follow-up appointments 

• Highschool Diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of 1 year experience as a medical receptionist or front desk
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required. 
• Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, EHR systems, scheduling systems)
• Athena Experience highly preferred
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
• Prolonged sitting, standing, bending, and occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs)

Reliable transportation is required for all positions, as occasional travel to other clinic locations may be necessary.
