Come join our award-winning team as a Front Desk Agent at the Tru by Hilton in Clearfield. Position is full-time, about 30 hours/week. Shifts are 3pm-11pm, varying days including weekends. Previous customer service experience is required.

Minimum Qualifications

Exceptional customer service skills

Basic computer skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Must present self in a professional manner regarding dress and grooming

Performance Expectations

Responsible for greeting and serving all guests in a courteous and professional manner

Organize, confirm, process, and conduct guest check-ins/check-outs

Ensure the safety and security of our guests and associates

Must be able to work independently and type 30-35 wpm

Compensation: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
