Join Our Team as a Full-Time Front Desk – Guest Ambassador at Precision Imaging Centers!

Precision Imaging Centers is expanding throughout northeast Florida, and we are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Desk – Guest Ambassador for our Gate Parkway location in Jacksonville, FL. This full-time position offers a fantastic opportunity to grow with a dynamic, patient-focused organization.

Schedule: Full-time, 4x10 schedule — Tuesday and Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Enjoy three days off during the week!

Position Overview:

As a Guest Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for our patients—setting the tone for an exceptional visit. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about customer service and creating a welcoming environment.

In addition to front desk responsibilities, you’ll support our marketing efforts by engaging patients, promoting services, and contributing to community outreach. You’ll also help explain healthcare offerings in a way that’s easy for patients to understand.

Essential Job Functions:

• Greet patients and create a welcoming, warm atmosphere (35%)
   
• Answer questions and provide information about procedures and wait times (35%)
   
• Direct guests and manage patient registration (10%)
   
• Promote and educate patients on available services (5%)
   
• Stock refreshments and encourage positive online reviews (5%)
   
• Maintain a clean waiting area and assist with general cleaning (10%)
   

Non-Essential Functions:

• Attend marketing team meetings to stay aligned on campaigns
   
• Compile and maintain reports as needed
   
• Other duties as assigned
   

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
   
• Experience: Customer service, front desk, or hospitality experience preferred
   
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication; ability to explain healthcare info in simple terms
   

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
   
• Occasional lifting of items over 25 lbs.
