Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM | No Weekends
Pay: $17–$20/hr | Hiring Immediately

What You’ll Do

• Be the face (and voice) of Phoenix—answer calls, greet guests, and guide them to the right person
• Keep things running smoothly with strong organization and multitasking skills
• Jump in to help where needed and support office operations
• Handle sensitive situations with professionalism and care
• Maintain accurate documentation and assist with communication between departments

What You Bring

• A positive, welcoming attitude—you set the tone for everyone who enters
• Excellent phone and people skills; calm under pressure
• Prior office or administrative experience (healthcare experience a bonus)
• Comfortable with Excel, Word, and multi-line phone systems
• Reliable, professional, and always ready to help the team
