At the Landmark Resort, we don’t just provide a place to stay—we create lasting memories. As a Front Desk Host, you’ll be the face and voice of the resort, setting the tone for each guest’s Door County adventure.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the Go-To Guide – Learn all there is to know about our resort, room types, and the best of Door County. Customize recommendations to each guest’s unique interests.
• Answer with a Smile – Handle calls promptly and professionally. From simple questions to emergencies, you’ll be calm, cool, and helpful.
• Manage Reservations Like a Pro – Make, update, and cancel bookings with accuracy, all while explaining our policies clearly and kindly.
• ? Create a Warm Welcome – Greet each guest with a smile at check-in and send them off with well-wishes at check-out.
• Solve Problems with Heart – Address guest concerns quickly and thoughtfully to ensure every guest leaves happy.
• Handle Cash with Care – Process payments and deposits securely and efficiently.
• ? Upsell with Ease – Introduce guests to on-site amenities and services they’ll love.

Requirements

 ? What We’re Looking For:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 6+ months in a guest-facing or customer service role
• Strong communication and typing skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with Lodgical PMS or other hotel systems is a big plus!

? Physical Requirements Include:

• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 60 lbs
• Comfortable bending, stretching, and moving as needed
