Front Desk Manager

Warners’ Stellian is a family-owned appliance retailer based in St. Paul, MN, and we’re currently celebrating our 70^th anniversary! With 13 retail locations offering 60 brands of home appliances, we are the Midwest’s appliance specialist.

As a Showroom Operations Manager, you will:

• Assist the Store Manager with administrative schedules


• Greet all customers and ensure they are being helped in a timely manner


• Assist guests with customer service questions and issues


• Answer a multi-line phone system


• Complete sales orders, including enter the order into the computer system


• Bill customer financing and collect payment for orders 

Qualifications You’ll Need:

• The ability to be an analytical thinker with the ability to prioritize work


• Excellent organization skills with attention to detail


• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills


• The ability to work as a member of a cross-functional team


• A positive attitude and helpful demeanor


• General PC proficiency and advanced skills in MS Word and Excel


• Successful completion of pre-employment criminal background check and drug test

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour 

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift


• Day shift


• Monday to Friday
