Job Description - Front Desk / Medical Assistant / Receptionist for Urgent Care

We are seeking a Medical Assistant Receptionist to become a part of our team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Answering phone calls effectively

Gather information from the patient and passing them paperwork for office visit

Escort patients to exam rooms and obtain vitals on each patients

Checking out patient , determine their copay and collect payment

Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff

Qualifications:

Management experience preferred (Non-Healthcare related management experience is accepted)

Retail Experience preferred (able to promote and sell Aesthetics packages for 10% commission )

Strong organizational skills

Candidates with Bachelor Degree are preferred

Benefit of Working with us :

You will get standard base pay but we have excellent bonus structure with commission upon selling Aesthetics packages which can potentially take your income to above $100,000 depending on how well you do .

Longevity bonus

Productivity bonus

We are currently looking for three 12 hours shift 9am-9 pm coverage as well as flexibility to cover as needed on other days of the week with pay differential for the flexibility. Saturday shift is mandatory.

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

We are also determined to shorten your wait time in the waiting area and get you to be seen by a provider ASAP. We will provide on spot imaging, blood work, and other diagnostic modalities and to provide you with STAT results instead of you waiting on them.
