Front Desk Night Auditor

SUMMARY:

Reports to the Assistant Hotel Manager. The Front Desk Night Auditor assists guests on check in and settles account upon check out. Works closely with related departments to ensure excellent guest service. Maintain and produce accurate reports to all reporting departments and directors. Requires dependable, punctual attendance and a willingness to work graveyard shift. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Interact positively and effectively with co-workers


• Follow departmental procedures and guidelines in a "fast and flawless" performance of duties


• Generate and analyze pre-downtime reports


• Oversee the administration of room assignments, room departures, guest account charges and payment receipts


• Responsible for the transmission of all credit card machines


• Maintain current data of hotel during downtime each night


• Produce accurate reports to all reporting departments and Directors


• Demonstrate a pleasant and enthusiastic demeanor at all times.


• All other duties as assigned
