Position Summary
The MTW Front Desk Reception, Hospitality & Safety Manager serves as the first point of contact for youth, staff, volunteers and visitors coming to the MTW Boston location. This role creates a welcoming, safe, and organized environment while supporting daily operations and maintaining safety protocols at More Than Words. The position plays a critical role in upholding the organization’s mission to provide a secure, supportive, and positive space for youth development and job training, while also being a key role to maintain safety protocols. The manager reports to the Boston Site Director.

Schedule: Monday – Friday 9 AM - 5PM at our Boston site. Occasional evening or weekend hours may be scheduled in advance on mutual agreement for events or presentations.
Compensation: $52,000 - $57,749; commensurate with skills and experience
