We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Receptionist to manage our front desk during overnight hours. If you’re great with people, organized, and calm under pressure – we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• 
  

  Greet and assist residents, visitors, and staff

  
  


• 
  

  Answer phones and direct calls

  
  


• 
  

  Handle check-ins, mail, and deliveries

  
  


• 
  

  Keep the lobby area clean and welcoming

  
  


• 
  

  Assist in emergencies and follow safety procedures

  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 
  

  Customer service or reception experience (healthcare a plus!)

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication skills

  
  


• 
  

  Friendly, professional attitude

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work independently overnight
