Front Desk Representative - Clifton NJ
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
· Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
· Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
· Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
· Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
· Assist with order entry and inventory management
· Provide administrative support to the team as needed
· Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Required Skills:
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
· Previous experience as a personal assistant or in an office setting is preferred
· Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
· Proficient in using Excel and other office software applications
· Attention to detail with strong proofreading skills
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
· Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus*
· Spanish-speaking is a plus*
