MMG is seeking a friendly, patient, and customer service-oriented individual to join our client's team in Baltimore, MD. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional to provide exceptional front desk customer support.
Greeting visitors: Welcome visitors in a friendly manner and direct them to the correct office or person.
Answering phone calls: Answer and screen phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the correct department or personnel.
Handling mail: Receive, sort, and deliver mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries.
Providing administrative support: Perform basic filing and recordkeeping and make copies. Maintaining the reception area: Keep the reception area and common areas clean and tidy.
Providing customer service: Respond to customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner.
Have strong communication and organizational skills.
Able to multitask and manage time well.
Proficient in Microsoft Office software and have a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Must have prior administrative/front desk experience.
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
