Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients. The ideal candidate will be professional, personable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients in a courteous and efficient manner
• Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately
• Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars
• Verify insurance and collect co-pays or balances
• Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, scanning, and data entry
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Medical Specialty:

• Urology

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a medical front office or similar healthcare setting preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient with basic computer systems; experience with EMR systems is a plus
• Professional demeanor and a patient-first attitude
• Bilingual
