Front Desk Receptionist

We’re looking for a warm, professional, and welcoming Automotive Front Desk Receptionist to be the first friendly face our customers see when they walk through the door! In this role, you’ll be the hub of the dealership – greeting guests, answering calls, and ensuring every customer feels valued and cared for. If you’re organized, personable, and love helping people, this could be the perfect role for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Create a welcoming experience for customers and co-workers


• Answer and direct calls in a professional, friendly manner


• Provide accurate information to customers and teammates


• Assist with scheduling and clerical support


• Maintain a positive, customer-first environment


• Support additional duties as needed

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite


• Strong ability to multi-task and stay organized
