The General Service Support Assistant serves as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and vendors, providing outstanding customer service while supporting HR administrative functions. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to handle a variety of administrative tasks related to HR and front desk operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and vendors, managing check-in procedures, issuing visitor badges, and maintaining a visitor log.
Support HR administrative tasks such as updating employee phone list and visitors check-in platform.
Manage cubicle tags and office signage.
Monitor office equipment (copiers, printers) and ensure proper maintenance and supply levels (such as toners and paper).
Assist with onboarding activities, including preparing new employee materials and facilitating access.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and maintain accurate logs of daily activities.
Provide assistance with business invitation letter, hotel accommodations and rental car arrangements for visitors or employees traveling on company business.
Assist in planning and supporting company events, meetings, and decoration efforts as needed.
Support administrative duties such as ordering business meals, setting up conference rooms, and maintaining office tidiness.
Act as back up personnel for Employee Service Center or General Services
Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to remain adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
High energy, initiative, and a customer service-oriented mindset.
Education and Experience:
Associate’s degree in Human Resources or Business and Management related area is required, Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
1-2 years of administrative related experience is required
