Job Summary
Plan B – Spa Mover is seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for service bookings
Provide information about company services and respond to customer inquiries
Maintain front desk organization and ensure a clean reception area
Process basic paperwork, invoices, and customer records
Coordinate with internal staff to ensure efficient customer service
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills including email, word processing, and scheduling software
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and positive attitude
