About This Opportunity
This posting represents both active and future Front Desk openings throughout Northern Nevada. When a location-specific opportunity becomes available, qualified candidates will be contacted directly by our Talent Team.
Front Desk Receptionist
As the first point of contact for our patients, you help create a positive and welcoming experience from the moment they walk through the door. This role is essential to patient satisfaction, office flow, and daily operations.
Responsibilities
✨ Greet and check in patients professionally and warmly
✨ Answer phones and schedule appointments
✨ Manage patient paperwork and office systems
✨ Assist with insurance verification and basic billing questions
✨ Keep the front office organized, efficient, and patient-focused
✨ Support smooth day-to-day office operations
✅ What We’re Looking For
✔️ Dental or medical front office experience preferred
✔️ Strong customer service and communication skills
✔️ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented mindset
✔️ Bilingual Spanish is a plus
Some roles may require occasional travel between nearby Northern Nevada offices.
Pay & Benefits
Pay: $15–$17/hour DOE (Depending on Experience)
