Help patients feel welcome from the moment they walk in. Our Montgomery clinic is looking for a friendly, organized Front Desk Receptionist who enjoys helping people and can keep appointments, phone calls, and paperwork moving throughout a busy day.

Oxford Physical Therapy Centers has been physical therapist-owned and serving local communities since 1993. In this role, you’ll work closely with our clinicians and gain hands-on experience in a physical therapy clinic. We welcome recent exercise science and exercise physiology graduates and candidates with experience in either field.

What you’ll do

• Welcome patients, schedule appointments, and register patients in our practice software.


• Answer patient calls and help with scheduling and general questions.


• Verify insurance coverage, collect copays, and prepare deposits.


• Send correspondence to referring providers and other medical offices.


• Support clinicians by gathering equipment and paperwork and cleaning and preparing treatment areas.

What you’ll bring

• High school diploma.


• Friendly customer service and strong communication and listening skills.


• Attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities.


• Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion.


• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.


• Medical office experience is preferred.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday. Candidates should be available for shifts within the 7 a.m.–7 p.m. window. Shift times vary by clinic.
