Temp to Perm

Schedule: 4 day work week (36 hours pw) with one day off, rotating
Hours will be scheduled between 7:30am-5pm

Parking: Parking pass will be provided once the candidate starts and Practice Manager can obtain the vehicle information.
Looking for an energetic, fun candidate to work their front desk and be the friendly face of their busy medical practice. The qualified candidate will be responsible for answering heavy phone volume, electronic appointment scheduling, insurance verification, patient registration, report compiling, assist with Rx refills and various other clerical duties Required qualifications:

Working knowledge of electronic medical record software (EMR), experience using EPIC highly preferred
Prior medical office experience (not less than one-year)
Able to demonstrate proficient PC skills • Professional phone manner and attitude
Detail oriented and team player
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and noisy environment
Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
