Front Desk Receptionist - Leading Industry Pay

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Answering and transfer calls
• Greeting/meeting visitors and announcing their arrival to the appropriate individual(s)
• Distribute mail
• Maintain the employee kitchen (clean, organize, and stock)
• Other duties as assigned (ordering supplies, word processing, various project support and etc.)

Here’s what you’ll need:

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• Proficient experience with MS Excel
• 2 or more years of clerical experience
