Front Desk Retail Sales Associate / Wellness Program Advisor (Part-Time)

Overview:
We’re looking for a friendly, motivated, and sales-driven individual to join our front desk team in a calming, spa-like environment. This role is perfect for someone seeking flexible hours—whether for the summer or a long-term part-time position. Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities:
    •    Greet and check in clients with a warm, welcoming attitude
    •    Educate guests on services, products, and wellness membership programs
    •    Drive retail and membership sales (the more you sell, the more you earn)
    •    Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage front desk operations
    •    Maintain a clean, organized, and relaxing environment
    •    Support the team in creating an exceptional client experience

  Qualifications:
    •    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    •    Confident in sales and recommending products/services
    •    Positive, team-oriented mindset
    •    Reliable with consistent weekend availability
