Job Description

Ancira Nissan - North San Antonio is hiring a friendly, professional Director of First Impressions to serve as the welcoming voice and face of our dealership. This role plays a critical part in creating a positive first impression for customers, guests, and callers.

Pay: $17/hr

Work Schedule: MON-FRI 8:30AM-4:30PM EARLY SHIFT/ 4:30PM-9:00PM LATE SHIFT

ROTATING SATURDAYS 8:30AM-7:00PM  (CLOSED SUNDAYS)

Responsibilities

• Answer multi-line phone systems professionally, with a warm and friendly tone


• Listen attentively to callers’ needs and provide prompt, thoughtful assistance


• Greet all guests and visitors courteously and direct them appropriately


• Maintain a polished, welcoming, and professional presence at all times


• Assist with various administrative and front-desk support tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist, front-desk, or customer-facing experience preferred


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Professional appearance and positive attitude


• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
