Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Front Desk Representative to join the team at our thriving clinic. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will greet clients as they arrive, book appointments, answer phone messages, and collect payment information.

Responsibilities

Greet customers as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience

Schedule appointments

Assist clients with paperwork, including consent forms

Maintain a clean and inviting environment

Qualifications

Two or more years of experience as a receptionist or in person customer service

Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Familiar with computers and scheduling software

Excellent multi-tasking skills
